Upstream PR jmfernandes#361 (jmfernandes/robin_stocks). Adds a sell counterpart for callers that already have a Robinhood option instrument id and want to skip the symbol/expiration/strike lookup performed by order_sell_option_limit. Threaded account_number through (the upstream patch omitted it, but every other option-order helper in this fork takes it). Adds an MCP wrapper (rh_order_sell_option_limit_by_id) and the standard read-only / writes-enabled dispatch tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Right now we can't sell an option by its ID. If this is accepted, I will add this feature for the stop sell as well. Is this repo still active, or is there a different fork we should consider pointing to instead?
